I made you a playlist

Posted: 17. May 2019 by Ramona

Do you have a special spotify playlist for work or school or when you just need to concentrate? When I was still in school I would listen to the Gladiator soundtrack whenever I was studying. I know it is pretty intense but it was seriously the only music I could listen to in order to focus. But I made a new playlist and I am sharing it with you today.

Posted: 12. April 2019

Well hello there lovely people. Today is going to be an amazing day and today’s blog is going to be a bit different. I want to continue last week’s conversation and talk about words of encouragement today.
Our words have power and our words show what is really inside of us. That is why I want to give you a challenge today. Read on to find out.

taking care of yourself

But… what about me?

Posted: 29. March 2019

We live in a society where self-care has such a high priority. Fullfilling our needs and what we want has become the most important thing. But is self-care really just about us?

food prepping for one

Eating alone

I remember when I first moved out how finding a rhythm in cooking and feeding myself was something that I had to learn in a completely new way. The fridge was not magically always full. I remember how I discovered food prepping and tried it out for a while. But how do you food prep for one?

just friends

Is this a date?

Posted: 15. March 2019

The other day I was having a conversation with a friend about the fine line between just hanging out with a friend and having a date. Can men and women really just be friends?

soul talk

Could this be poison for your soul?

Posted: 22. February 2019

Can we have a soul talk today? I just want to take today and raise a few questions. Is that ok with you?

Have you ever watched a romantic comedy, completely fallen in love with the male character and totally obsessed over the romance of that movie for weeks?

not to hate Valentine's Day

How I stopped hating Valentine’s Day

Posted: 8. February 2019

The other day somebody commented on a picture that Valentine’s Day is just like any other day and I have had many a conversation with other people about how useless Valentine’s Day is. But I believe Valentine’s Day is just a great opportunity to stop in our track and be reminded of how important another person is for us.
I honestly used to cry a lot on V-Day and I used to hate it until I made a choice.

be the right person

Who are you?

Posted: 25. January 2019

You know how they say you have to be the right person before you find the right person. Well, but how do I know that I am the right person? How do I become the right person?

If you read my blog from last week, you know that my dating history is well… rocky and connected to a lot of heartache. Very obviously, I have not been the right person very many times.

unrequited love

My bad track record of liking boys

Posted: 18. January 2019

I am a romantic. Always have been. I don’t just mean romantic moments between two people but romantic moments, which just happen like biking in summer rain or standing on the shore feeling the salt and the wind on your skin. However, today I am not sharing with you all those wonderful romantic moments I have had with another person but I am sharing with you about unrequited love.
